Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
What happens if I don't upgrade?
You keep your Free plan forever. You won't lose any data — the Free plan includes unlimited entries, emotion analysis, weekly insights, and more. Upgrade anytime to unlock more features.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. Your journal data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never share your data with third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes! You can switch your billing period anytime from the customer portal. When switching to yearly, you'll get a prorated credit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Payments are processed securely — we never see your card details.
